Today went for dragon boat again. Its my third rowing training. Hand was supper tired n muscles all aching like hell. Feel that my shoulder is very stiff. Thinking how i can make it feel more relax. First thing come to my mind to make it relax is shoulder messaging, but i very sensative to people touching my should especially doing messaging. HOW???

Today Dragon boat has a semi competition, NHG(a group of 12 ppl-mixed of 5guys & 7girls) vs a boat of 6-8 ppl (all guys). We row for about a distance of 220m x2(becoz we compete for 2 times). Glad to say we won, really tiring especially during competition. Because cant really catch up. lol. JIA YOU BAH.

After dragon boat went to have dinner together@ nan xiang resturant. After dinner we went to have coffee(i dun drink coffe, i drank barley) @ Ya Kun toast.

Reach door step @ about 2140hr, took my hus key out from my bag n open the metal door followed by the wooden door. I manage to unlock both my door using the key but i couldnt push open my wooden door. Because someone lock the inner lock of my wooden door which unable the outside ppl to acess. I knock on the door n window but no one reply. Then i called my sister then she open the door for mi. I really dun understand y ppl have eyes but dont see who at home then lock the inner door knot. At first i though i was the last one to return home but my bro also not at home lei. got 2 ppl not at home no one notice meh?? lol.

Its my 2nd time been locked ouside the door because of the inner lock. Really hate the inner lock. lol. YES the purpose is to prevent the theift or who-so-ever to enter. But not surpose to let the daughter of the hus to uncle to acess.
