DO i look like a auntie in my uniform??? haha.. lol...
Went to A&E for my attachment for 2 days... really enjoy myself in A&E...learn quite a lot of things even some of it, we cant get to do... wishing if there is one more chance to go for attachment in A&E i can have a longer posting for about 1 week... haha.... i was posted to CC(critical care area) in day 1... which also known as P2 (priority 2)... depending on each case.... it is a very busy area... but for us student, we cant do much things... only can try our best to help the staff there n do some simple things like 2 hourly vital signs, ECG, severed bedpans n more...
Day 2 was posted to orthopedic dept(specialist for bone)...not much things to do in the morning. so went to the consultation room to help out... quite fun helping out in the consultation room... has lots of things to do.. also help to send items to lab.. haha... sending thigns to the lab is like sending things to outer space... seems quite fun.. haha.. lol... in the noon at about 1.30pm heard tat orthopedic dept got cases coming in... so went to take a loook...so there is this ah ma facture her hip.. but she keep wanting to sit up... but i told her 'NOPE.. cannot'
Ah ma: 'auntie i want to sit up i want to pass urine.. help mi asked doctor can a not.'mi: 'ah ma i am xiao mei mei... not auntie.... i onli 18 yrs old lei..'Ah ma: 'sorry sorri ah.... xiao mei mie" about 1 mins laterAh ma: 'auntie ah... i want to sit up go n asked doctor can a not..'mi: 'ah ma.... wo shi xiao mei mei.... bu shi auntie.... i only 18 yrs old lei....'she keep asking n asking every mins.. haha... so wondering do a really really look like auntie... haha.....really having fun accompany e ah ma until she send to the ward... haha.... e ah ma so cute...
tats is end of my A&E attachment... haha... will blog again when its time.. hehe.. maybe next week... coz I AM GOING OUT WITH MY GIRLS NEXT WEEK TO ECP... hehe.. miss them loads.
